There is a mindset shift. Entrepreneurs bring business ideas to life and Company Owners design and build profitable companies. As the business grow the balance needs to shift more to Company Owner.

Forecasting the next 12 monthly Income Statements (with both scenarios) would be useful at this point and creating a Company Accountability Matrix would show how and when to integrate a new employee.

These are great questions that can be HUGE factors in the success or failure of a business. Employment law, taxes, workers comp, unemployment, OSHA & payroll are all issues that HAVE TO BE considered on the front end.
